Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take takeout orders accurately.
  • Operate the POS (cash register) and process cash, credit card, and other payments.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with takeout orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Ensure menus, condiments, and front counter area are clean and stocked.
  • Assist servers and managers when needed.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve minor concerns professionally.
  • Follow company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Work as a team to provide excellent guest service.

  • Basic math and cash handling skills.
  • Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
