Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

  • Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment

  • Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety guidelines

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
    Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry preferred

  • Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

  • Knife skills for cutting, slicing, and dicing ingredients

  • Experience in catering or large-scale meal preparation is a plus
    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
