  • Completing daily baked good quotas and prep.
  • Rotation of baked goods ensuring fresh baking for customers.
  • Completion of catering orders.
  • Keeping the baking area clean/organized and up to heath codes standards.
  • Working alone in the early morning to ensure fresh baked goods when the doors open.
  • Overnight/Early morning shift work.
