Crew Member — Jim’s SteakOut

Jim’s SteakOut is looking for dependable, friendly crew members who take pride in serving great food and providing excellent customer service. If you enjoy staying busy and working with a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments.

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Jim’s SteakOut recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.

  • Package orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

  • Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean and sanitized.

  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.

  • Complete required training and work with teammates to keep service running smoothly.

Skills

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • Willingness to help teammates and handle different tasks throughout a shift.

  • Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right people.
