Key Responsibilities

  • Dough Mastery: Prepare, stretch, and shape dough with precision to achieve the perfect crust every time.
  • Ingredient Creativity: Select and arrange toppings with both flavor balance and presentation in mind.
  • Cooking Expertise: Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature and cook times for consistency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every pizza meets our visual standards and taste expectations before leaving the kitchen.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food safety regulations, maintain a clean work area, and handle ingredients with care.
  • Customer Connection: When needed, interact with guests to discuss specials, toppings, or custom creations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a pizzeria, restaurant, or culinary setting preferred but not required.
  • Passion for food, consistancy, and presentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work quickly under heavy pressure.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends. We take holidays off.
