About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic FOH Manager who can lead with heart and hustle. You’ll be the go-to person for creating a great guest experience, supporting the front-of-house team, and making sure service runs smoothly from open to close. If you're passionate about people, food, and hospitality — we want you.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily FOH operations including servers, hosts, and bar staff
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and ongoing coaching of FOH staff
  • Step in to help during peak times — including greeting, serving, or bartending
  • Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the dining and bar areas
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management to keep service flowing seamlessly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant or bar leadership experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for flexible hours (days, nights, weekends)
  • Knowledge of Toast POS systems and service procedures a plus
