Angelo’s Catering is looking for part-time caterers.
We are looking for people to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each caterer's primary objective is to show our guests exceptional service to keep them coming back to our establishment. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
-- Part-Time (6-10 hours per week)
Catering Job Responsibilities:
-Assist the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests' dining experience
-Set up and break down chairs, tables, and buffet-
-Set up the front line with the equipment, plate ware, and small ware needed to effectively serve all food products
-Load and unload plates, silverware, and other service equipment
-Serve courses, clear dishes, and ensure that guests' dining needs are taken care of
-Keep serving stations restocked throughout the event
-Clean large and small trays and tray stands to be ready for service
-Maintain guest tables and serving stations according to client specifications and procedures
-Assists- other catering staff as needed to optimize the guests’ dining experience
-Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift
-Report any unsafe condition, unsafe act, accidents, and/or injuries to the manager on duty
-Correctly complete closing duties at the end of each event
