Welcome to Buya! We are an exciting new restaurant group looking for some culinary superstars to join our team and be involved in the evolution of the restaurant while at the same time developing your own career and style. We combine our passion for Japanese Soul food with the experiences of our global team of cooks and allow for creativity and skill to build our menus. We honour authentic Japanese cooking techniques but there are no rules, we can go ‘off piste’ with our recipes. Our Buya Ramen Factory is now one of Berlin's best, most popular Ramen restaurants, serving unique, exciting ramens and Izakaya.
Right next door we are soon to open our new Buya Izakaya and Yakitori restaurant where we will really be able to express ourselves and create delicious kushiyaki  and izakaya from our show kitchen. This will be a beautifully designed space with flames from yakitori grill lighting up the show kitchen, and delicious fragrances in the air from our cocktail team. And in the middle of the two restaurants will be our central development kitchen where we will have the space to explore and create.
You will be joining our amazing Kreuzberg, Berlin family. The Buya Ramen factory is a busy 80 seater restaurant with beautiful outdoor terrace, hidden in the heart of Kreuzberg. Surrounded by bars and cafes, you will be working in a fun and vibrant area, with a fun, hard working team.
No German needed. Learn how to make some of the best ramen in Berlin, all recipes made in house including our noodles. You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and flexible with a passion to learn about Ramen and Japanese cuisine.
