Responsibilities

  • Keep our dishes, glassware, and cookware clean, sanitized, and stocked so the kitchen and front of house never run short during service.
  • Run and take care of the dish machine — including breaking it down and giving it a proper cleaning at the end of the night.
  • Pitch in on keeping the place clean and safe: trash and boxes out, floors swept and mopped, and a hand wherever the closing crew needs one.
