The Role
We’re hiring a Sauté Cook who can handle relentless volume with speed, accuracy, and pride. This is a high-energy position on one of our busiest stations. If you thrive under pressure and love the rush of a packed line, this is the spot for you.
Responsibilities

  • Run a sauté station during peak service, executing dishes consistently and quickly.
  • Stay organized and fully stocked at all times.
  • Assist with prep, station setup, and breakdown.
  • Work clean and uphold sanitation standards.
  • Communicate and hustle with the team to keep the kitchen moving.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven line experience (sauté required).
  • Fast, focused, and able to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic — no egos, just results.
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
