Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This is a seasonal job with the potential to become full time and on top of the hourly pay, we also offer a shift meal and nightly tips.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations, particularly during busy banquet and catering events within a hotel or hospitality setting.

Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during peak hours.
• Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly stored after cleaning.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for culinary arts and hospitality is highly valued.
