  From the team behind Lake & Irving in Uptown Minneapolis, Pau Hana will be coming to Savage in July 2021. The concept was inspired by Chef Chris Ikeda's decade long stint working in Hawaii and will focus on Hawaiian Regional Cuisine with the addition of wood-fired pizza and express take-out. The bar will be serving fresh, tropical cocktails using influence from island and beach cultures around the globe.

We are currently hiring for all FOH positions and various hourly BOH positions as well (line cook, prep cook, dishwasher)

FOH Requirements: Servers - 2 years experience in high volume, fine dining and/or casual style restaurants. Bartenders - 1 to 2 years in a high volume bar. Craft cocktail experience preferred but will train if the fit is right. Management - 2 years high volume with a focus on upholding service standards and menu consistency. WA & Hosts - Experience preferred but training available for people interested.

We offer competitive pay for all support positions, plus tips, and minimum wage for all serving and bartending positions with a traditional tip model.
