Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable shift lead to help oversee daily shift operations. This role is responsible for performing opening tasks, receiving and organizing orders, doing inventory, and being a go-to resource for team members during the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Checking in orders and performing inventory counts when needed.
  • Using the Shift Lead safe to get change or tokens
  • Staff Management and Payroll Control(Sending people home/calling them off if payroll is high. Or putting messages out for additional help if understaffed.)
  • Filling out manager Log
  • Be a part of monthly deepcleans and shiftlead meetings.
  • Be a leader

Skills

  • Capable of doing all positions or being willing to be trained on all positions.
  • Being positive and motivated to make Charlotte's the best place for working and patronizing
  • Be able to make decisions and be a leader
