We're seeking an exceptional Manager to join our team!
Job Summary: We're looking for a charismatic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities 

  • Manage front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, while keeping an eye on the BOH to ensure things are running smoothly
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Monitor and control labor costs, optimizing scheduling and staffing
  • Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Drive sales growth through server training and management table touching
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless service
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Assist with employee training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table management
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to increase revenue

Skills 

  • 2+ years of front-of-house management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make quick decisions
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and labor control
