Job Description:

As a hotel housekeeper, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within our housekeeping department.
  • Collaborating with all other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Upholding hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
  • Cleaning/janitoral which will include but not limited to: working efficiently to ensure every guest room exceeds the industry standards in cleanliness. Includes, but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, bed making, cleaning bathrooms/kitchens, washing/drying/folding hotel laundry, cleaning common areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Professional/friendly appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving/decision making abilities.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proper time management in a fast paced environment.
