Job Overview

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs on frequent basis.
· Stand for long periods of time.
· Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact with guests by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous professional manner. Prepare food, drinks, and hot and cold coffee drinks while ensuring correct portioning, temperature and presentation of all food items served.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Learn and efficiently use Point of Sale systems, handle large amounts of cash and credit cards.
· Follow recipes, temperatures, and procedures while preparing and serving all food items.
· Perform all cleaning duties, including safe use of cleaning chemicals.
· Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly revenue sales goals.
· Follow company and department policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
· Must be able to pass Food Safety class within 30 days.
· Work a flexible schedule /hours based on business need , to include opening , middle and closing shifts , nights, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous sales experience in high-volume culinary locations.
· Strong attention to detail.
