Responsibilities

  • The Cooks Duties are:
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked and prepared to the highest quality and served in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary ingredients are on hand.
  • Train and mentor new kitchen staff as needed.
  • Enforce and comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
  • Measuring and mixing ingredients for recipes
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Makes sure that all recipes are followed and are up to standard to ensure a great product as a reslut of.
