Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Maintain digital files, records, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members

Required Qualifications
