SeaQuake Brewing – Crescent City, CA
SeaQuake Brewing is looking for a dependable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking our house-made pizzas using fresh ingredients and our brick-fire oven while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to SeaQuake recipes and standards
  • Stretch dough and assemble pizzas with proper toppings and portions
  • Operate the pizza oven safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
  • Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures
  • Assist with prep work and kitchen support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous pizza or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must obtain a California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
