Java House & Heirloom Salad Company are now hiring a Baristas | Guest Service team members for Java House | Heirloom Salad Company in our North Liberty, Downtown Iowa City, Mormon Trek Blvd (Westside Iowa City), and UI Medical Campus (Newton Road) locations.
Are you seeking a fun and energizing coffeehouse | cafe environment with an amazing team, then you will enjoy this experience! We are seeking team members with a desire to work a minimum 18 hours and up to 40 hours a week and availability ranging from 5:15am to 8pm. We offer flexibility around busy schedules, however part-time team members must be available some weekend days and maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week. The Java House offers a wonderful opportunity for management growth and shift management experience with a company celebrating 32 years of local coffee brewing signature chopped salads, melt sandwiches and hand-crafted soup.
Company product discounts are offered with company sponsored insurance benefits for full-time status of 30 hours or more. Management opportunity & management position wage to commensurate with experience.
