Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Bookkeeper to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and experienced in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
  • Record daily transactions (accounts payable/receivable)
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll
  • Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with accountants during audits and tax preparation

Qualifications

  • Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with payroll processing
