Responsibilities:

Crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages with precision and creativity
Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with patrons
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and mixology techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure setting
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
TIPS or equivalent certification is preferred
