Job Overview

Prep position requires you to be able to follow a recipe and directions. Making scratch and semi-scratch recipes quickly and efficiently. Helping with general duties as well.

Responsibilities 

  • Prep and store items according to health code standards (will train)
  • Keep a clean station and be able to work from a list as well as with direction from other cooks and managers.
  • Help with and sometimes do dish shifts

Skills 

  • Self starting, motivated, consistent value for doing work well.
  • Responsive to feedback, able to work with a team and in cohesion with others.
  • Basic kitchen skills would be nice but we are more than happy to train people.
