The Dishwasher/Prep Cook responsibilities are:

  • Washing dishes in an efficient & sanitary manner
  • Cleaning work stations throughout shift and closing dish line
  • Preparing food for with a focus on safety, sanitation, recipes and portions
  • Adhering to food safety standards while preparing food
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Dishwasher/Prep Cook experience
  • Experience following a prep-list
  • Familiar and comfortable with FIFO, date dots, portioning, equipment safety, food safety and sanitation policies
  • Work as a team and help other positions as needed
