Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and anticipate guests' needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables and service stations
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including any specials or promotions
• Ability to accurately handle cash and make change
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
