The Role
We’re seeking an Oyster Shucker & Restaurant Support Team Member who will play a key role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position combines technical skill at the raw bar with versatility across food running, prep work, and general restaurant support.
Responsibilities

  • Oyster Shucking & Raw Bar Service
    • Shuck oysters and prepare raw bar items quickly, safely, and with consistent presentation.
    • Maintain raw bar cleanliness, organization, and proper food safety standards.
    • Interact with guests at the bar when needed, showcasing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Food Running & Guest Service
    • Deliver food from kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist servers by explaining dishes and ensuring guests receive the correct orders.
    • Provide a polished and professional guest experience, anticipating needs and responding promptly.
  • Prep & Kitchen Support
    • Assist with daily prep tasks including chopping, portioning, and stocking stations.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas.
    • Support BOH team during service with light kitchen tasks as directed.
  • General Restaurant Duties
    • Uphold sanitation and safety standards across all workstations.
    • Assist with opening, closing, and side work to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
    • Step into other roles when needed—this is a versatile, team-oriented position.
