    Job Overview
Food Preparation:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality.
 - Follow recipes and guidelines to create consistent and delicious snacks and beverages.
 - Maintain an organized and well-stocked prep area.
 
Cooking and Assembly:
- Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and customer orders.
 - Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
 - Pay attention to presentation, garnishing, and plating/packing to create visually appealing dishes.
 
Kitchen Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
 - Assist in regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
 - Adhere to health and safety standards and guidelines.
 
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
 - Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
 - Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu improvements and innovation.
 
Customer Service:
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working in an open kitchen setting.
 - Occasionally interact with guests to answer questions or accommodate special requests.
 
Requirements:
- Eligible to work 10-35 hours/week.
 - Must have a Food Handlers Certificate.
