We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartender/Server Hybrid to join our team and help provide a memorable experience for our guests.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender / Server / Large Event Hybrid, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier drinks and exceptional service. This position requires flexibility—whether you’re behind the bar mixing cocktails, serving tables, or managing large parties and events (typically 30+ guests). You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food orders, and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
Your ability to switch seamlessly between bartending, regular service, and handling large groups will help create a fun, dynamic atmosphere for our guests. Pay is minimum wage + tips.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bartending:Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
    Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
    Take drink orders, provide recommendations, and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
    Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards when preparing drinks.
  • Serving:Take customer orders for food and beverages, and deliver them promptly and accurately.
    Provide menu recommendations, describe daily specials, and answer customer questions.
    Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals, addressing any issues promptly.
    Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
  • Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.
    Help support and train new staff as needed, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • We require 5 years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 25 lbs].
  • Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain upon hire) is required.
