Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Manager in Training Position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance across multiple locations, ensuring consistent operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong financial results. This hands-on leadership role will focus on training, employee development, operational execution, and driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for both locations.
  • Manage labor planning, scheduling, and payroll to stay within labor hour targets (~450 hours/week).
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate assistant managers and team leads.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, and speed of service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, costs, and key operational metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to increase sales and profitability while maintaining a strong team culture.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment and supply readiness.
  • Serve as the communication link between store teams and ownership.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in the food, beverage, or quick-service industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage labor, drive results, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with P&L management, staff development, and operational procedures.
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and travel between locations as needed.
