Our customer base is loyal and tips well. Credit card tips are paid out in cash same day and we pay the fee.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service at all times
  • Make Suggestions Based on Customers Preferences
  • Greet Customers and Present Menus
  • Take and Serve Food / Drink Orders
  • Arrange Table Settings
  • Keep Tables Clean and Tidy at all Times
  • Deliver Checks and Collect Payments
  • Complete all Start and End of day tasks
  • Cooperate and Communicate with all Serving and Kitchen Staff
  • Adhere to all Health Department Rules / Regulations and Customer Service Guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Restaurant Server
  • Must have a Customer Centered mindset, and the drive to always make all of our guests feel welcome.
  • 3+ Years Experience with any Ordering Information or POS System
  • Being an Early Riser; Opening Shift Starts at 5:30AM
  • Open Availability during our operating hours of including weekends are required for our Full Time positions; however requests for specific days off made in advance are prioritized.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Must be a Team Player with good Time Management and Active Listening Skills
  • Top Notch Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Any Food Safety Training is a Plus!
