Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Season and grill menu items (poultry, seafood, pork, beef, etc.) according to recipes or guest preferences
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and plated in coordination with kitchen staff for fresh, prompt service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and utensils, including daily cleaning and proper product rotation per health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during all shifts, including peak business hours
  • Assist in other kitchen roles when needed by understanding the basics of multiple kitchen stations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow and reproduce recipes
  • Excellent time management and multitasking in a high-paced kitchen
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and in higher-than-normal temperatures
  • Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset to provide seemless guest service
