NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER
Quiero Brunch
27423 Ynez Rd, Temecula, CA 92591, USAJob Overview
ABOUT QUIERO BRUNCH
Quiero Brunch is a brunch concept with a loyal guest base, a passionate team, and real momentum. We are at an important stage in our growth and we are looking for a General Manager who is ready to come in, take full ownership of the operation, and help us build something that lasts.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a leader who earns respect through consistency, clarity, and follow-through. Someone who invests in their team's professional development, sets clear expectations, and holds the standard with confidence. The right person understands that the most meaningful thing a manager can do is create an environment where people know what is expected of them, are set up to succeed, and are held accountable when they fall short.
This is a role for an operator who is energized by results. You will be walking into a real opportunity to make an impact, and we are looking for someone who is ready for exactly that.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager or senior management experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant environment
- Demonstrated track record of improving operational performance
- Proven experience managing P&L, labor schedules, and food cost
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handler compliance
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable with professionalism
- ServSafe certification
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations — FOH, BOH, and everything in between
- Drive the restaurant to profitability through disciplined labor management, COGS control, and consistent execution
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance
- Develop and retain team members through structured coaching, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through
- Ensure the restaurant passes all health and safety inspections with excellent scores — every time
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering
- Own the guest experience from arrival to departure
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost reports weekly; identify trends and take corrective action
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
What Success Looks Like
- The restaurant is consistently profitable within the first 6 months
- Labor and food costs are tracked, understood, and managed weekly
- Health inspection scores reflect a kitchen that is always ready — not just on inspection day
- Team turnover decreases because expectations are clear and leadership is consistent
- Guests return because the experience is reliable, warm, and well-executed
