Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries
  • Communicate seating needs with managers and servers
  • Monitor table availability to maximize seating efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly
  • Open and close the host stand according to restaurant procedures
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant host experience required
  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing reservations and wait lists
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

You will receive hourly compensation based on experience plus tips from Take Out orders.
