We’re an Asian buffet under new management, and we’re building a hardworking, supportive kitchen team. We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role is a great entry point into the restaurant industry — no experience required, training provided.
What You’ll Do

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Take out garbage and recycling as needed.
  • Run food to the buffet line and keep the buffet area clean and organized.
  • Monitor buffet items and communicate with the kitchen when new dishes need to be prepared.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with basic cleaning tasks.
  • Help with simple prep work as needed (cutting, portioning, organizing).
  • Support the line when needed (fryer, oven, or other tasks).

Requirements

  • Ability to do heavy lifting (45–90 lbs).
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
  • No prior experience required — training will be provided.
