  • Maintains dining room appearance and cleanliness
  • Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter
  • Maintains outstanding knowledge of the core menu, drink menu and LTO menu and is able to answer guests questions on the items
  • Monitors and observes guests’ dining experience.
  • Ensures guests are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Responds promptly and courteously to any requests
  • Takes payment from guest using any applicable gift card, rewards card, discount or coupon
  • Informs management if a guest is unhappy and performs actions necessary to recover an unhappy guest
  • Performs sidework at the beginning, during, and end of each shift as required
  • Is ready and willing to assist fellow servers with clearing and resetting tables
