Job Summary:
31ThirtyOne by Deckman's is looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join their kitchen staff. This role is vital for keeping dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and ready, supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment focused on guest experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize various kitchen items and equipment according to health standards.
  • Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including floors and counters, and manage trash.
  • Check and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting issues to the kitchen manager.
  • Help with storing food deliveries.
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as basic food prep.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Work effectively with kitchen staff for efficient operation.
    Qualifications:
  • Previous dishwasher experience is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle tasks like lifting.
  • Efficient time management, especially during busy times.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills with kitchen staff.
  • Willingness to follow all food safety procedures.
  • Adaptability to changing tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to place items on both low and high shelves.
