Job Overview

Rooted Craft Kitchen, located in Avanti Food and Beverage, is looking to hire a couple of awesome team members to join us. Business is ramping up, and we would love to add a couple dedicated cooks to our team and Rooted family. We specialize in High end American Food, Source locally when available, create high quality food, in a fun and casual environment, and like to have a good time at work.
Currently we are looking for:
(2) full time line cook. Cooking on the line, and dealing with guests is what we do. We have a solid team, and looking for someone who can cook consistent food, and be a good person up on the line with us.
(1) full time prep cook. Someone who is trained up in culinary technique, and is extremely organized. This ideally will be a 4 day a week prep position, that will include prepping sauces, butchering and marinating meats, portioning line items, putting away deliveries, and organizing our space and walk ins. You must work clean and organized, and have a drive to get things done in an efficient manner.
