  • Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Manage waitlists and reservations
  • Answer phone calls (reservations, dinner specials questions, takeout orders)
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front patio and entryway
  • Assist with crowd control

Responsibilities (EXPO)

  • Maintain clear communication between the Kitchen and Front of House
  • Organize and prioritize tickets/orders
  • Check for food accuracy, presentation, and quailty before it leaves the kitchen area
  • Deliver appetizers, sides, entrees, and desserts to customers
