Mamma Maria restaurant located in the heart of the north square is looking for and outgoing hostess to join our team,. The nationally acclaimed cuisine at Mamma Maria balances authenticity with a commitment to the guiding principle of Italian cuisine, a reliance on local markets. We focus exclusively on the bounty of foods grown and raised here in New England; showcasing them through seasonally appropriate regional Italian dishes.
Some of the responsibilities you will do as a Host

Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Open Table Knowledge.
Ascertains their dining/lodging needs.
Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
