Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Mixing and Serving Drinks:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

Ensure drinks are made accurately, efficiently, and consistently to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and control the level of alcohol consumption, adhering to legal drinking age and responsible serving guidelines.

Customer Service:

Make recommendations on drink selections and offer guidance on menu items.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.

Cash Handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations:

Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.

Process transactions using the POS system, including ringing up orders, processing payments, and issuing receipts.

Maintain an organized and tidy cash register area, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
