Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Effectively manage all aspects of your shift
  • Make sound business decisions in regards to cutting staff as business declines per shift
  • checkout staff, assuring all responabilities have been completed by each staff member
  • secure guest feedback during shift
  • address and rectify any customer complaints
  • minor accounting at the end of some shifts
  • upholding the standards set by General Manager/ Owner each shift

Skills 

  • must be able to obtain a West Allis Bartender license
  • Serv Safe manager certification a plus
  • Overall restaurant awareness
  • abitlity to easily and efficiently talk with both guests and employees
  • Must be comfortable holding staff accountable all while maintaing a positive work environment
