Scooter's Coffee
2928 Ames Ave, Omaha, NE 68111, USAJob Overview
About Our Store
Scooter’s Coffee at 30th & Ames is more than a traditional coffee shop. Located in the heart of North Omaha, our store is a community-focused location committed to providing excellent service while making a positive impact in the neighborhood we serve.
Our location features a large lobby and two community meeting rooms used by customers, organizations, entrepreneurs, and community groups. As one of Scooter’s largest locations, maintaining a clean, welcoming, professional, and efficiently operated store requires strong leadership on every shift.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who takes ownership of their shifts, maintains high standards, and knows how to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading the shift and ensuring the store operates according to Scooter’s standards and store policies when serving as the manager on duty.
This is a working leadership position. Supervisors perform barista responsibilities while also directing workflow, assigning responsibilities, maintaining service standards, addressing issues as they occur, and holding team members accountable for completing their responsibilities.
A successful supervisor does not simply identify problems—they take action to resolve them.
