Job Overview

Servers are trained to prepare ticket orders, maintain a clean working area in the Front of the House (FOH), and communicate with the Back of the House (BOH) to maintain kitchen stock at the steam table.

Requirments

  • Age: 21+
  • Must not have asthma (meats are cooked over open flames; FOH employees may be exposed to smoke from firepits)

Responsibilities

  • Prep orders: Prepare all outgoing orders
  • Manage & Stock Front of House
  • Clean Front of House
