Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • We are looking for an energetic and friendly Host / Greeter to welcome guests at the entrance of Rodeo Grill, engage with people walking by, explain our all-you-can-eat Argentinian grill concept, and invite them to come upstairs and dine with us.
  • Greet guests and people passing by the restaurant entrance.
  • Promote Rodeo Grill’s all-you-can-eat Argentinian steakhouse experience.
  • Explain menu options, prices, specials, and promotions.
  • Encourage potential customers to visit the restaurant.
  • Hand out flyers or menus when needed.
  • Assist with reservations and guest flow.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude at all times.
  • Communicate with the host stand and management about guest interest and traffic.

Skills 

  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to approach people politely and professionally.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Sales or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and good personal presentation.
