As a Server, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding guest service from the moment guests are seated until they leave, ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Guide guests through the menu by answering questions and making food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Anticipate guest needs by providing attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of daily features, seasonal menus, and beverage offerings.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately while balancing your cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to provide seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines, including monitoring guest intoxication and complying with all state liquor laws.
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, and general restaurant cleanliness.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional hospitality.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and carry trays or supplies.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
