-Knows and executes the service guidelines outlined with extreme detail. -Greets guests promptly as they enter the restaurant, making a positive first impression. Greets guests warmly and sincerely with a honest smile, making eye contact. -Promotes the company's high level of service standards by exhibiting friendliness and a hospitable attitude. -Anticipates guests' needs. Finding the "yes" to every situation. -Answers phones, keeps accurate count of reservations, and handles reservation book. -Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help as needed. Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management.
