Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-focused server to join our growing team. As a server, you will warmly greet guests, provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders using our POS system, serve meals professionally, and process payments.
Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and seat guests in assigned station.
• Present menus, make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Input orders accurately into POS system and relay to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks, ensuring orders are timely and correct.
• Check on table needs frequently and refresh beverages.
• Answer questions about menu options, ingredients and daily specials.
• Process payment via POS system and thank guests after meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of service area during and after shifts.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years recent serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Familiarity with POS platforms for entering orders and processing payments.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Weekend, evening and holiday availability.
