  • Provide friendly, fast, and excellent customer service to all guests and team members
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed
  • Knowledge on craft beer and eager attitude to learn
  • Prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions
  • Ensure that garnish items are adequately prepared and stocked
  • Operate a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash and charge sales according to established procedure
  • Maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
  • Check out with leadership before leaving shift
  • Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas
  • Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
  • Attendance at pre-shift meetings and team meetings
  • Responsible for maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record
  • Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation
  • Declare tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift
  • Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
  • Perform other/all job related duties to assure the Beer Garden is running smooth and efficient
  • Reports directly to General Manager
