Job Overview

High volume, American style restaurant and bar in the heart of downtown Menomonee Falls is seeking to add to its closing kitchen staff. We are looking for the right candidate(s) who thrive working in a fast-paced environment, working as a team, and wants to grow with and within the business.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
-Learning and working different stations throughout the line (saute, grill, fryers, expo, salad)
-Setting up the kitchen to prepare for the day's work
-Evaluating Prep List
-Putting away newly ordered food
-Prepping food to be ready for the day ahead
-Cooking food for lunch orders
-Assisting in dishes when necessary
-Working with kitchen managers and other line cooks to produce food in a fast, professional and cohesive manner
-Following restaurant and kitchen specific procedures and protocols including but not limited to, attendance, timeliness, cell phone policy, etc...
Hires should expect to work anywhere from 7 AM until 4 PM on any given night
