Quatro's Pizza is an iconic dine in, carry out, and delivery pizza restaurant in Carbondale Illinois looking for a shift manager & kitchen Lead. This is a very active, fast-pace, team-oriented operation focused on providing top tier customer service and maintaining high quality product.
We are seeking a motivated, team player who is community-oriented, has a minimum 2 years restaurant experience, prior cash handling experience, ability to work in excel and word, strong customer service skills, and ability to multi-task and problem solve. Must be able to effectively work with a young workforce and a wide customer base.
A typical work week is 30-37 hours a week. Shifts will be a blend of nights and days, including weekend shifts. Pay is hourly, depending on experience, with profit-sharing opportunities. Benefits include an employee discount, PTO, and an opportunity for additional benefits after one year.
